Great customer service and a clean, well-maintained motorcycle. They even provided a phone holder and charging cable, so I didn’t have to worry about my phone battery while traveling. Definitely recommend this place

Cannot rate this business highly enough. Moving around Bali quite a bit they have offices strategically placed making transfer of bike hire incredibly seamless. Quality bikes with sanitised helmets, first aid kit, registration papers, bar mounted phone holder with charger and optional accessories such as box top which came in handy and value for money insurance options. Readily available customer support via WhatsApp with nothing being too much trouble. Definitely will be contacting Bikago again for my next bike hire.

Hands down the best and the most organized bike rental I’ve ever been to. Service is very professional and they have a huge selection of motorbikes. You can find any color or size you’re looking for. New bikes and well maintained. Definitely a 5 star place. Prices are higher than others in the area but well worth it. You pay with a card online through your email and they don’t accept cash. Don’t hesitate if you’re looking for good service and new bikes.

I have rent a Yamaha scooter from them for 4 days altogether with a delivery option. The bike was nice, clean and in good condition. They were polite, kind and flexible. I am sure I will contact them again when I get back to Ubud, Bali. Highly recommended.

Bikago offers well serviced and well maintained bikes. But 2.5times higher cost than local rentals. First aid kit cost will be charged to 15USD if opened. Note to riders: 1. Don’t blindly trust google maps. Many slopes and Alley it routes. 2. Night time is good to select mode of transport as car instead of bike.
