Bikago - Scooter Rental Bali

This was my first time in Bali and there are many scooter rental places but I was looking for somewhere that was sure to be legitimate, supported with contracts, insurance, friendly service and easy to contact. Bikago was the company if you're looking for all the bells and whistles and w bike that's in pristine condition with a full tank of gas! They delivered and picked up the scooter at my residence even when I changed location it only took a simple text to let them know and everything was easy. I highly recommend.

Easy order process. If you rent for 2 days or more the scooter delivery/pickup is free. Very good rates! Excellent scooters- We'll maintained, newer models. Friendly people. Helmets supplied too.

Bikago was very easy to arrange a delivery to our hotel, a combination of website selections then switching to WhatsApp to complete the deal. Great in-person handover of bike upon delivery - deliverer explained operation, refuelling, mobile phone charging/holding options and local traffic laws and police attitudes. I had a great experience hiring a bike from Bikeago. From booking on their website to delivery, the service was excellent throughout. The bikes were delivered on time, and they also sent a tracking email which was really helpful. One bike was delivered to Ubud and later collected from Kuta, which made everything really convenient and hassle free.They were easy to contact on WhatsApp and replied quickly to messages. I requested an XL helmet and it arrived brand new. The first bike we hired was a Honda ADV 160, which was in excellent condition. As we are bigger riders and planned to do a lot of travelling around Bali, including hill routes, we later hired a Yamaha XMAX for the extra power and comfort. The team sorted everything out quickly and made the whole process really easy. This is by far the most professional hire company in Bali. You really do get what you pay for you may find cheaper, but with Bikeago there are no hidden fees, scams, or surprises. Both bikes had good tyres, good brakes, and were clearly well maintained. Don’t bother wasting time checking other companies these are the best.

Booking online was super easy and the airport pickup and drop off was straight forward. I had to make some scheduling changes and was able to easily contact the support team with WhatsApp. The bike was reliable and in good condition and got me around the whole island without any trouble. Thanks Team
