Perfect service I got the X-Max for 5 days it was a brand new, they delivered the bike to our villa and picked it back. Bike came in full gas so we set free of hassle for first 2-3 days They also bring 2 helmets was in very good conditions. Their prices are competitive and easy to close a deal with them. Friendly support and always responsive. They also gave us 2 advices when driving in Ubud to avoid police problems. If I came back to Ubud I would definitely contact them for renting my next bike.

it was our first trip to Bali went Cahya for bike rental it was good experience with them they provided very good condition bike at good rate as we booked scooter for 5 days. they are very friendly and supportive. they also provide voice to choose your bike and helmets. and also provide free pickup and delivery near ubud. Friendly, responsive service for a bike rental. FOC delivery to hotel, punctual! Staff are friendly and easy to deal with. Very new Honda PCX bike with 1.5k mileage, we travelled to Kintamani and Danau Beratan, almost 300km for a 2 days rental. Please request a helmet with a visor if you intend to travel far.

During my stay in Ubud, I had initially rented a motorbike from another place. Even though I contacted them two weeks in advance, they gave me a bike in terrible condition, which I had to return. Then I came across Cahya Ubud and Dewa. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional, and their bikes are very new. I rented a Yamaha XMAX and had zero issues.
