New Rental Scooter and Car Brama

We hired a scooter and initially it wasn’t good enough. Within 15 mins, he delivered a much better scooter that was the best scooter I’ve had in Bali. It was a dream. Quick to respond, top quality and always willing to make things better. Very happy.

To be honest disappointing experience. At first drop of at villa, where i could choose from 2 scooters, one was really bad steering wheel system was broken and hard to turn and it was dangerous to drive it (in my opinion) Second was kind of okey, but when drived a little bit understood that break are terrible. At the end in next day switched bike to another one, it was kind a okey. Breaks also could be in a bit better condition. Otherwise service and staff seem nice and friendly. Bike was 125k a day for a Fazzio.

I booked through whatsapp, and the response was quick. Scooter was fine and delivered around the agreed time the next day (they can drop off and pick up the scooter from the hotel). The price was competitive, we rent a fazzio for 125k/day. Minus points because I asked especially on whatsapp when making reservation if it comes with a phone holder they said yes, but then it came without, the staff that delivered the scooter said that we have to drop by the shop to get it. Also the state of the helmets were bad, one was very difficult to open because the buckle was very rusty. Please improve the helmet.

Good and fast delivery but everything else was in very poor condition. The helmets were useless, see photos. They brought the scooter without any gas. Scooter was also in bad condition with lots of rust and damage. Front tire was completely worn out and mirrors were falling down so I could not see anything. Paid 250K for this without insurance or gas included, not worth it.
