Rented my bike last week. 2 times. 1st time was ok, bike was running well. Charges 380thb/day and extra fee if you are travelling out of province. Owner tried to charge me for 5 full days despite telling her I am only travelling to other province for 2 days. Managed to get the cost down to only 2 days out province as it should be this way. Do take note to not over charge customers. 2nd rental was more upsetting and disappointing. Initial check was OK, when on the road, Bike was faulty with sticky throttle (bike accelerate even when letting go, could be very dangerous) and also both side mirror were super loose which drops off at every hump. Owner said will inform me the next when the other other bike return at evening so i could get a replacement. However, she did not contact me about it. Hence I wasted 1 full day of my time and rental money. I have asked the owner to send someone to fix the mirror for me at my hotel (10mins away) but to no avail. Just a note to the owner, I think communications is very important. As well as after sales service. Always remember, "service before profit". I believe you can do better. I will come back again next time. Thank you.
