My second rental with Enigma and Erik and again an absolutely special experience. I rented a 125cc scooter and the bike was practically new and perfectly maintained. You immediately feel that safety really matters here which for me is the most important thing when renting a scooter in Thailand. That’s exactly why I only go to Enigma and nowhere else. They are an incredibly kind and caring couple and the service is next level. The scooter was delivered directly to my condo at Rawai Beach which made everything so easy and stress free. On top of that they even shared great restaurant recommendations which shows how much they genuinely care about their customers. A heartfelt thank you again. Update review Everything was smooth from start to finish. The shop itself looks very legit which gave me more reassurance. Business owner and staff gave lots of useful information compared to other places I’ve experienced and were very professional. I was late returning the bike but they were understanding, which I appreciated a lot! Will definitely rent from them again! I’ve been travelling in Thailand for business and pleasure for over 20 years. In that time I’ve rented bikes from a great many places. This is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Brand new bikes at reasonable rates and customer service second to none. Great communication, kindness and honesty from Erik and his team will keep me going back whenever I’m in Phuket.
