The bikes are in great condition, prices are fair, and the owners Nui and Phet are welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind people. Everything was explained clearly, with no hidden conditions and no pressure — exactly what you hope for when renting a motorbike in Phuket. Unfortunately, during my rental I had a minor accident that resulted in a couple of scratches on the bike body. This is usually where many rental shops change their attitude — but here, it was the complete opposite. Nui and Phet stayed extremely calm, supportive, and respectful. They handled the situation professionally and with total honesty. They only asked for very reasonable replacement fees, and what impressed me the most was their transparency. They showed me the real online prices of the replacement parts so I could see exactly how much they cost. They did not try to benefit from the accident in any way, even though they easily could have. Everything was clear, fair, and honest. I also had another situation where I accidentally left the key inside the bike and it wouldn’t start. I was very far from the shop, yet the husband immediately rushed to help me on his own motorbike, without asking for any payment at all. This shop is run by good people with strong values. Great bikes, fair prices, and truly outstanding customer support. If I come back to Phuket, I will rent from this shop again no matter the price, because I trust them completely and know I will never be given a hard time. The husband and wife team who run this motorcycle rental agency are very honest people and their motorcycles are in very good condition, with some being almost new. The rental prices are good and you leave a deposit, which is returned when you return the motorcycle. Very nice, trustworthy people.

I had a really great experience renting a motorbike here. The prices were more than fair compared to many other rental places. We were three people renting bikes, and all of us were completely satisfied with our motorbikes and the overall service. One thing I really appreciated is that they did not require us to leave our passports, which is not always the case with motorbike rentals. The whole process was simple and very comfortable. During my rental, someone apparently knocked over my bike while it was parked and caused a small amount of damage. I was honestly worried that I might be charged a lot for it. However, the owner handled the situation very fairly and only charged me 250 baht for the repair. In many other places, they probably would have charged an excessive price for something like this, easily around 3,600 baht (about €100) or even more. Communication was also very convenient. All the information, reminders, and even the question about whether I wanted to extend the rental were sent via WhatsApp, which made everything very easy. And as a small bonus: there’s also a very cute cat in the shop. Overall, a very honest and friendly rental service. The bikes were in good condition, the service was excellent, and I would definitely rent here again. Highly recommended

Very great place to rent scooters. The Honda click 125cc that we rented was clean and in very good condition. We enjoyed riding around phuket in this vehicle. The owner is very friendly and guides you through the process. No need to keep your original passport as collateral which is really good. Do say hi to their cat which is really cute 🙂
