Rented bike 2 years in a row from On-Team and definitely will rent again. Owner is honest person who doesn’t complicate things.

On-Team was very professional and easy to work with. Good prices and well maintained motorbikes. I would certainly rent again next time I come to Thailand.

I rented a bike here and everything went simply perfect. It took only 5min of time to get the bike with a short instruction. Bike was clean and the helmet looked nice as well! To stay in contact we changed WhatsApp numbers. Within the chat the renting time frame and the amount of deposit (it’s 5k) gets saved. Thanks WhatsApp I could suspend my renting time without calling or driving to the hub. Giving back the bike went even faster and uncomplicated as well. Good job guys, keep on doing!

The bike we rented was very good, the owner is very nice and helpful and I enjoyed our interaction. The whole process was very smooth. If we are back in Phuket, we would definitely come back to this agency.

15/12 5:30pm was close. If you want to close anytime, you better inform Google because customers come from far away and they didn't respect it.
