Rented a Honda CB150X for our 2000km loop around the north with my partner, had a great experience on it, the bike was in really good conditions and very well maintained. The Staff are great, super honest, friendly and helpful when you want to reach out to them for whatever reason. Highly recommended and will definitely come back to them on my next trip to Hanoi.

Rented a cb 150 for 19 days at 12usd per day. Very helpful, I trusted Lily (salesperson) with my passport as a deposit and she kept it safe. The cb150s are well worn but if you run into any mechanical issues you can take the bike to the nearest repair shop after consulting with them and they cover the repair cost. I did crash one of them while riding at night due to low light and the road surface turning to gravel so be careful. They were expremely nice about and just glad to see I was unharmed. I paid 4.5million dong to repair it and they gave me another bike to use for the remainder of my stay while the other one was being repaired. They're hard workers, great business to support if you're in Hanoi in my experience. And Lily has good travel recommendations and extremely friendly customer service. The owner was hardworking and helpful too, I have a lot of respect for this place.

I was really happy choosing happy zip to rent a bike for our tour , everything was us they said no hiden fees no scams , they really helped with pick up and drop of because we had some changed to our schedule. There is a girl I think her name was LILY she nows good English she will help you a lot. She solves all of our issues ❤️thank you

I rented a bike for 6 days from Ly. She was fantastic to deal with. She is friendly and happy to provide travel information. I returned the bike this morning after riding through the rain for a few hours. LY could see that I was very cold and immediately plugged in her hairdryer to allow me to warm myself up. I was so thankful. I'd love to do another bike trip around the north of Vietnam and will rent through her again.
