An amazing experience with agency 27 in Shkodra. The place is run by a lovely and welcoming couple who treat you with genuine kindness. We rented a motorcycle in great condition, received two helmets, and were even given a better price than expected. Despite returning the bike a few hours late, we were not charged any extra fees. The Owner Elvis is a nice gay, offered us a coffee, recommended beautiful places to visit, and suggested an excellent fish restaurant by the lake. All our questions were answered with patience and a smile. If we ever return to Shkodra, this will be our first choice to rent a car or motorcycle. Highly recommended!

It is a nice place to rent the bike and get some travel guide for free. We rented the bike twice in April and had a pleasant experience. Very much recommended.
