Rita was the most wonderful person ever, and her whole family too; they welcomed us in and made us feel like we were home. Rita even offered to cook us dinner! She is hands down the most incredible woman i have come across. Its more than just renting a bike, its becoming part of her family! She even gave us free water and snacks when we got back. Genuinely a wonderful experience with a wonderful woman and family. If in Shkoder, rent your bike from rita! We only rented from her and she did not disappoint! xx

The bikes are top quality, well-maintained, and perfect for exploring the city or nearby attractions like Mesi Bridge or Shiroka. Her son is also super helpful, giving great local tips and advice on the best cycling routes. The shop is right in the city center, easy to find, and offers great value for money, you get excellent bikes at a very fair price. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Shkodër on two wheels! 🚴‍♂️🇦🇱

Hands down the nicest bicycle rental in my whole Southeast Europe trip so far. Good bike options, affordable, excellent service, simple and fuss-free to rent and return. Bonus: WhatsApp number to contact in case of my issues! Rita might not speak much English but she shows genuine care, kindness, and hospitality of Albania that warms your heart. She adjusted saddle and everything for a comfortable ride, and even gave me cold bottled water to place it in the bottle holder! She gave me a namecard with WhatsApp number to contact in case of any issues, that's a really nice assurance. I rode the bike the whole day to Shiroka lakeside, Rozafa Castle atop the hill, Mesi bridge, and Shkodër Lake - all without problem. I highly recommend this and am definitely renting here again if I ever come back to Shkodër!

We rented 2 bikes for a few hours, two days in a row and it was just perfect! The family who owns the place was sooo lovely! They treated us like family as well, gifted us fruits, water and muffins. We had the absolute best time with the bikes, they drove super smooth. It was our pleasure! :) Big kiss!

I usually don’t write Google reviews, but Rita truly deserves one. If you’re in Shkodër and want to rent a bicycle, I can highly recommend her rental service. Rita is such a lovely person who goes out of her way to make sure you have the best experience possible. When I arrived, she welcomed me like an old friend. She let me choose my favorite bike, adjusted the height, checked the tires with me, and asked if I needed anything else. The bike was in excellent condition, well-equipped with mudguards, a lock, and more. It even handled a very adventurous and bumpy ride almost all the way to the border with Montenegro without any issues. When I returned from my long and tiring bike tour, Rita immediately brought me a bottle of water and even offered me a free snack. Such kindness is rare, and it made my day.
