Super easy and uncomplicated, friendly and affordable. The bikes have very sturdy tires, which helped when cycling around outside of the city. We rented the bikes for the day to explore the area around Shkoder and we had a great time 😊

Sooo good!!🤩 These bikes aren’t just "like" new — they are "new"! 👍🏻 My husband and I rented bikes and rode to the lake. It was such an amazing experience. You can go anywhere once you rent one!🤗 I felt the fresh air and took in the beautiful views of the mountains and the lake. So peaceful!! 😍💕 You can truly connect with nature with these “Joy Bikes.”🫶🏻 All day rented, it was just €5, each bike. And the owner is so nice and kind! 🙏🏻 I highly recommend this place. If you want to experience the real Shkodër, you have to rent a bike here. Just enjoy it!!🚲🚲🤗

Decent 7-speed bikes with sturdy tires. The yellow step-through design looks a little touristy, but hey, I’m a tourist! And the other shops seem to have random bikes, which might be fine, but… Rented for two days. Had a small issue with the bike and they resolved it quickly and easily. If nobody is in the shop the response to a WhatsApp or cell call is very quick. Drop-off was unattended but just locked the bike to another in the fleet. (They have a list of all the combinations.)

Top bike rental in center of Shkoder. Good bikes with gears, good for the off road parts of Albania. We had a great time! Good check -up of the bikes before starting our journey.

Came here because their bikes looks modern and up-to-date and paid €5 for the day. Upon checking in I did ask the service staff if the gear, seat, lock etc. are functional but the staff either doesn’t seem to care or unable to understand. On the way to the castle, the bike gear broke down and the chain fell off - it’s very fair to say the model they chose is not very easy to fix. They did leave a faulty number on the website and their WhatsApp number also doesn’t work. In the end I did have to walk the whole way from midpoint to the Castle and trip was cut short. A refund was offered after some heavy battling and translation between the shopowner. Apparently they would expect you to fix “easy issues” like this yourself which I did try to. It’s a reminder to the shopowner/self claimed CEO people came to your shop not to hinder you or fix your problematic bike but to simply have a chilled mode of transport. I wouldn’t say avoid at all cost but maybe don’t rent from them unless your hotel is next door
