Very good service and car, and very flexible in the negotiation and understanding the customers needs and do the adjustments. They also have services in the airport if you want, can take the car to the Tirana airport and leave it there for them to collect. That's a brilliant idea if we knew and didn't have planned ahead.

The bike was in excellent condition — clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. The staff were friendly, helpful, and explained everything clearly, from safety instructions to local road tips.

We rented an automatic car for a one day, handling documents was quick and easy, the price was good, we had 24hours to bring it back. The car was comfortable and in a good condition. After bringing it back, they checked the car, the fuel, everything was fine, we didn't have to pay any extra costs for anything. We were a little late (they were closing at 7pm) but they had no problem to wait for us longer after contacting them. Really recommend this place, fair business.
