Very reliable, attentive and trustful rental.  Can recommend the agency without reservation and would definitely rent again for our next trip. We booked two motos for two people over a period of 15 days, and made an excursion through the entire south of Albania. The motos were in good condition and quite new. They had run 7000 km before the trip, and 9000 km thereafter. 200 km a day were included in the rent, extra km would have cost a very fair amount. Sevice at picking up the motos was excellent, including help how to mount our luggage to the motos (we had brought belts/tension straps ourselves). During the trip, extending the rental by extra days was not a problem. The Sym Symphony 125S were well suited for trips of 120 km a day, the 5 litre tanks lasting for about as much. The motos were surprisingly powerful, and overtaking lorrys was easy. Never had any issues with steep roads either. Best travelling speed was around 50 km/h, but we also drove 70 km/h for longer periods a few times, and it felt still relaxing (but of course less enjoyable). Klisman from Moto Rental Albania allowed us using the motos anywhere, and we promised to always stay on asphalt roads. His advice regarding difficult traffic conditions and surprising changes of road status was helpful, and especially matched the roads between Tirana and Durrës. Elsewhere, roads were often much better than expected. We found several roads to be newly tarred, even Google Maps was behind at times. However, traffic kept us constantly alert, because every now and then drivers overtake with high risk, little distance, or driving at extreme speed. During the trip we contacted Klisman every three or four days to give an update where we are (as suggested by us, not requested by him), and response was always immediate and positive. Any communication (except during pickup and return of course) took place via WhatsApp and worked well, including booking. During booking, they checked drivers licenses as well as ID cards. Response was always immediate. Booking was reliable, and everything worked as expected. The return process also went smoothly. We even got back the same banknotes we had deposited as security. We are very thankful. Our trip would definitely not have been possible without Klisman and Moto Rental Albania.

Great experience – very comfortable automatic scooter! I rented an automatic scooter and was extremely happy with the whole experience. The scooter was in excellent condition, clean, well-maintained, and ready to ride right away. It was perfect for getting around the city – automatic transmission made it super easy to handle, especially in traffic. No need to worry about shifting gears, just twist the throttle and go. Also, it was very fuel-efficient. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The price was fair for the quality of service and vehicle provided. I’ll definitely rent from them again in the future.
