Easy pick up, friendly staff. No payment needed until you pick the car up. Got a nearly new Toyota Yaris hybrid automatic. Very economical easy to drive and park. Very quick return just hand the key over. Definitely recommend. All the extras are on the website so you’ve already chosen which insurance etc so no hidden costs.

Rented a car for a week. Avax is equivalent to a very good customer service. From online to the staffs in (Pick-up Split downtown) & (Drop-off Dubrovnik downtown) a hassle free experienced. We had a great time and visited loads of places, and stops all along the coast to the mountains which we cant do it without a car and save us time by exploring more. Its really a big plus when you driving a stress free car rental service in Croatia. Highly recommended!

Bojan was fantastic. As soon as I booked he got in touch with me on WhatsApp to make sure everything was ready for our arrival and even sent me a video showing me how to get to the Avax site. They even upgraded the car for no extra cost. I found Avax exceptional to deal with, when we decided to keep the car for an extra day, we simply messaged Bojan on Whatapp and he sorted it all out for us. I highly recommend if you are coming to Croatia, skip the larger rental companies and use Avax. The insurance was all included so there was no awkward “up sell” and the vehicles have all the paper work to go into Bosnia and Montenegro without any addtional cost.
