Thanks all for amazing pictures and comments. It helped me to find it very easy. Great service and location compared to the airport. I called in advance to confirm the best time to drop the car. It is all paperless and they send an email with the checkout pdf. I add more pictures in case it can help anyone. I took a video as suggested in comments too, good advice. The car park is at ground level and you have to park in disabled parking spot as mentioned in comments. Just take the parking ticket and the office is on the building behind.

Quick service. Good car, brand new. Staff at Dubrovnik airport did not push too hard on extra insurance though I took it anyway. My choice. Easy drop off process. I would recommend them.

We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a much better car. Nikola was able to answer all our queries patiently and clearly. Overall a good experience. Would highly recommend.

Good service, terrible car. The service was excellent, quick check in process, limited attempts at up selling and no hassle when I brought the car back. The car itself drove fine but was scratched and dented to bits, requiring detailed photo taking from us before we left. As we didn't get any nasty financial surprises though I count this as a win. Hence the 4 stars.

I recently rented a car from Enterprise in Dubrovnik. While the car itself was excellent and the return process in Zagreb was smooth and professional, my experience at the Dubrovnik counter was disappointing. The representative tried to pressure me into purchasing additional insurance, even though I had already purchased full coverage and showed him the policy. He insisted that towing costs and minor parking scratches wouldn’t be covered, despite my policy clearly stating otherwise. He also noted that I had “refused all insurance” and advised me to return the car earlier than booked to avoid extra charges. As this was my first time renting a car, the aggressive sales tactics were intimidating and left me feeling uneasy. In the end, I returned the car earlier and chose to take a cab to the airport instead. The contrast between the pushy counter experience and the smooth, friendly return process was striking. I would have rated this a 1-star experience, but I’m giving 3 stars because the car itself was great and the return staff were genuinely helpful. It would be much better if counter staff avoided such hard-sell tactics and were more transparent, rather than making it feel like insurance was mandatory.
