A great experience. We needed a car with a day's notice in Dubrovnik for a one day trip to Montenegro. Mato was very kind and helpful with our request, and was very quick to answer (phone + WhatsApp). He was able to provide a rental at a reasonable cost, accepted debit or credit card for the guarantee, and with flexible time options. There is a cross border fee, but it is reasonable/on par with other rental agencies in Dubrovnik. Once at the office, the process was very smooth. The car was spotless, very clean, recent. There was no additional hidden costs. We could return the car at all times in the evening thanks to the key box at the office, which was very helpful to us.

I have rented cars all over the world and my experience has been very wide from excellent to awful. This small company I ranked well at the top. They were transparent honest and genuine. Easiest rental car I've ever dealt with and great rates! Car was clean and had 0 issues. For some info: you can walk right into the hotel lobby and there is a desk with a WhatsApp number you can talk to the rental agent. He set it all up quickly and delivered our car within 30 minutes. Paid with credit card on the spot and got full insurance and the rental for 2 days for under 150€. Be aware you will need to be quite competent with a standard transmission car if you are an American, and that automatics are rare/unavailable and usually much more expensive to rent. Mine was standard.
