Car Rental in Dubrovnik, Croatia, in July 2025 — and we were very satisfied!😊 We booked the car right at the airport — the process was quick and hassle-free. The staff were super friendly, helped us choose the right model, explained everything in detail, and handed over the car just minutes after we landed. The car was in excellent condition: clean, well-maintained, fully fueled, and technically perfect. The service was top-notch! The team was polite, customer-oriented, spoke English well, and were always available if we needed anything. Most importantly — the return process was just as smooth and easy as the pick-up. 👌 We rent cars quite often and have had various experiences. Booked a Škoda Karoq for a week through MACK, and they delivered it directly to our hotel in Cavtat, which saved us the cost of a taxi from the airport. Pickup took about 10 minutes, including the paperwork and card deposit, which was fully refunded a few days after we returned, with no issues. We drove all the way to Mlini and around the Pelješac peninsula without any problems at all. We’ll definitely book with them again next summer.
