Very wonderful business. Guys in the front are more then experienced and try their best offering the best cars for their customers. Customer service is truly amazing in how they handle their tourists and made me and my family enjoy our time on vacation. The very best car rental company in Croatia !! We got a car from Carpe Diem car rental this summer without any problems even if we asked for one in the middel of the main season. Super friendly personell, super fair prices, no hidden whatsoever, everything went just perfect! Nice and new cars, easy completion. Puno hvala to Bojan & his Team! Just forget about all the other rental stations, in Croatia we never will rent a car from someone else than Carpe Diem anymore ! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Upon returning the car there was no one at the office. They didn't get the time right. After waiting for 20min (no phone # as I am not from Croatia), I went home to call. No sense of remorse or apology for the time I wasted, just told me to come at a later time. Car was dirtier than those from other companies, but the price was cheap, so you get what you pay for. Hefty 1000 euro deposit also if you don't take their insurance. It doesn't say that when you book though so be aware. The tank isn't full when you get the car (first time I've ever seen this, only 1/4 full for me). Don't make the mistake of filling up too much at the beginning. They'll only scoff at you if you ask for some type of refund. They don't care at all, so leave them with less gas than what you started with, save your money.

The provider is the worst I have ever experienced!!! Upon arrival, the gentleman at the counter was already listless and unfriendly, but the worst was the car. The hubcaps were attached with cable ties. The hair from the previous driver was stuck to the headrest and the tank was quarter full. Overall, the car was in poor condition, dirty and outrageously expensive! We should have rejected the car from the beginning. The car could also only be paid in cash! We drove off then nevertheless with the car. After about 3 hours, a warning light for the brakes came on. We contacted the rental and insisted on an exchange of the car. The gentleman said it was only an unimportant indicator light... unbelievable!!! In the end, the car was fortunately exchanged and we got a reasonable one. Nevertheless, the whole service of this provider is a cheek and a large part of the reviews here are certainly fake! So ATTENTION! This is a very lousy provider!!!
