5 ⭐️ Experience from Start to Finish. I have rented several dozen cars during international travels and by far, my experience with CARWIZ was unlike any other. No pressure, no stress, no up-sells to larger vehicles, no surprises with mileage, add-one, etc. Straight up customer service, consistency and honesty paired with incredible value. My initial contact was with Robert in the Rijeka office. He greeted me, listened carefully to my plan and needs, repeated my key points, then started lining up a car and a contract. I had shopped around with other agencies prior to my visit and the pricing was a better value overall, yet Robert was able to save me a few hundred dollars more by extending my rental for another day (activating a month-long contract, a huge savings, included border crossing fees, included insurance, and plenty of mileage). I was thrilled with the offer and kept asking questions to try and figure out what “the catch” was on the deal. Long and short, there wasn’t one. Upon picking up the car the following day, I also met the Rijeka office manager, Marin Božić. Just as friendly and earnest as Robert and again, no pressure with up-sells. I even had the pleasure of meeting Marin’s family over coffee at a cafe as they offered appreciated suggestions for stops/visits along my journey. Nice as can be. Upon returning the car at a different location (Zagreb), I found the same friendly, efficient, no-nonsense approach from that office as well. A thorough examination of the car without incident. Each and every detail presented to me with the initial contract was true and the extra benefits with the car rental were actually used and appreciated (i.e. waived border crossing fees for Montenegro and Bosnia-Herzegovina). Incredible staff, stress-free processing, high quality vehicle and super-saver pricing. The positive reviews are TRUE! Rent with CARWIZ! Very Highly Recommended!

Great experience with the car rental! The car rental process was quick, smooth, and completely hassle-free. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and in excellent technical condition. Even better – I received a car upgrade at no extra cost, which was a really pleasant surprise! The staff were friendly and helpful – everything was clearly explained, and the paperwork was kept to a minimum. The car performed perfectly both in the city and on longer trips. Another big plus: the deposit was refunded very quickly – I had the money back in just two days.
