Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Rijeka-Opatija

Very kind and helpful staff. Cars in great condition. We have rented from them twice now and will be doing so from now on.

From the Uk here. We recently rented a car from enterprise-Rijeka and all I've got to say is good things. First off all the staff here really have your best interests in mind "Do not cheap out on insurance they recommend you 100 % need it which I will explain in this review. We rented an automatic 24 plate Toyota hybrid last minute which only costed around £54 for the day insurance included. It was very clean on the inside but as it was a last minute rental the outside was ABIT dirty, this was fine considering the circumstances. Now for the reason why the insurance is 100% recommended. We had an accident that wasn't our fault at all. There was a rock in the middle of the street as we were driving and unfortunately we couldn't avoid it. This caused us to break down on the side of a MOUNTAIN!!! We called all the necessary facilities and within 2 hours was being towed back to rejika. We was then sat down in the office at the enterprise rental company expecting to have to pay £1000's of pounds but were instead told that we had to pay £0 due to our premium insurance. The whole process took less than 10mins!!!! And was even offered a Merc for the rest of our rental agreement. Honestly everyone reading this message, please, please, please go with the more expensive insurance because anything can happen.

We recently rented a car from Enterprise Rijeka and returned it to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised by staff at both pickup and drop off. Unfortunately I didn’t get the guys name at the airport but he went out of his way to assist us with a small transfer at a time the airport was not open. Thank you so much! Definitely recommend.

Very convenient rent-a-car in the centre of Rijeka, only 5 min walk from the coach station. Friendly and professional staff, fast and smooth vehicle pickup.

Great price and excellent car condition. Professional staff, very helpful from start to finish. Everything was so smooth and hassle free, and car was perfect to our needs. This rental made our Croatia trip better. Thank you so much.
