I can recommend this company :) The service was very friendly and communicative. The best solution is to purchase the "all-inclusive" package. Thanks to this, the car return was quick (one signature and the key returned).

Pick up was very easy, they were friendly and good communication, deposit was returned on time. Highly recommend renting a car here. Kind regards from the Netherlands

The car was clean and perfectly fine. Wasn’t charged for any made up dings at the end of the day either! When we arrived to pick up the car though no one was there, we had to wait around for 15 min to get service. Then there was a surprise “transfer” fee of $25 to get the car from one prestigio to this one which we were not informed of when we booked online. So we had to sign a brand new contract and lost the insurance we had purchased through the online booking - with no refund. If you are going to use this place I recommend just going in person to set up a rental for the following day or calling. Don’t use any online booking service.

Choose another company. Our experience with RentaCarPrestigio's Rijeka office left much to be desired. Among other distasteful aspects, upon car collection, the initial inspection was very superficial, with several damages missing from the control sheet that were visible to the naked eye. However, during the return, a thorough examination took an unexpected turn. The guy identified a circular scratch of less than half centimeter. He presented in a joking tone an inflated repair estimate, initially demanding €560, then €275, and later reducing it to €200 after more than an hour of refusing to pay. Facing threats of taking all the deposit and including additional damage reports, we reluctantly paid. In conclusion, if they want to blatantly overcharge you as they did to us, it seems that the only way to leave there is by negotiating and refusing to pay. They must secure their bonus. However, they do gift you the unpleasant experience.

Very bad , dont rent a car here. They charge for damage on car that already was when you picked up the car . Very very bad company.
