Took my 1150RT for service. I called ahead and made an appointment then discussed with Mario what I needed. He was very helpful and had me bring in my bike when all parts were on hand so no time wasted. The techs were very knowledgeable and helpful and had me back on the road in a day. Price was very competitive and they were great to deal with.

Antonio replaced the ignition coil on my 2002 motorcycle efficiently and carefully. Part arrived in 3 working days which was fine in the circumstances . Nice restaurant nearby (Katerina).

I ride a S1000XR and i got a flat tire on Cres irland. I have sriven from Norway. I made a temorary rapair myself. I thoyght that a BMW dealer would be the ones to help me with this. No help and interest to help. He could not recomend a place where i could get help either. Ended up to drive 75 km to Italy to Trieste to a Pirelli store to get help. Very dsapointed with this brand dealer. This is not what a BMW stands for.
