Bike Rental Croatia

We had an incredible experience renting from Bike Rental Croatia. We booked a last-minute trip to Croatia and decided to do a 5-day bike tour across the islands. After some Googling, I found this shop, and I’m so glad I did. The booking process was seamless. I filled out their online form, and their team was extremely proactive and responsive. They answered all my questions in detail, provided recommendations, and gave us a lot of confidence as first-time bike renters (I usually bring my own gravel bike for tours). When we arrived, the bikes were perfectly prepped. We made a last-minute change to add an e-bike, and they handled it without issue. We rented a gravel bike, an e-bike, panniers, and helmets — everything we needed except our clothes. The bikes performed flawlessly over 5 days. They were about 7 years old but immaculately maintained with high-quality Shimano components (my bike had a Shimano 105 groupset). The e-bike also exceeded expectations. If you’re planning a bike tour in Croatia, I can’t recommend this shop enough. They may be updating their fleet soon, so future customers might even get brand-new bikes. Either way, their service, attention to detail, and bike quality set a very high bar. I would 100% rent here again. And that’s coming from someone pretty picky about bikes

Very highly recommend Bike Rental Croatia. They have exceptional customer service and are very accommodating/easy to work with. My friend and I rented road bikes from them for three days (one carbon fiber and one standard road bike). For an additional fee, the company dropped the bikes off at our starting location in Zadar and we returned them in Dubrovnik. They were very flexible with the timing/location, even when we had some unexpected changes at the last minute. The bikes and gear were in good condition and well maintained. They provided helmets, locks, and even a mount for a garmen (we brought our own pedals). They also gave us some good recommendations on potential routes. When we forgot our pedals on our bikes after returning them, the company helped figure out a way to send them to us. Special shout out to Edita, who took good care of us and was in constant communication with us from several weeks before our trip and every day while we were in Croatia. She was extremely friendly and helpful with everything!!

This is a highly recommended place to rent a bike! Very friendly and helpful staff. I rented a Carbon Road bike for a few days, very good equipment (BMC). No need to look further if you want to rent a bike in the Split area!

I got a great vibe from Meridian. We were a self-contained trip that rented bikes from the shop and got some route recommendations. The family-like atmosphere felt so warm and welcoming for my first trip to Croatia. Our group rented bikes that were both high quality and in excellent condition. They took the time to help everyone get the right fit and feel set for the trip. They seem to do it all, from renting bikes, route planning and guided bike adventures. I don't think you can go wrong with their service.

I rented a carbon road bike (BMC Roadmachine) and was very happy with the service and bike. Very fast and thorough replies when booking and efficient procedure at the office. Had a great time cycling around Split and Omis on beautiful routes!
