Great service. Office located close to the downtown and the staff really helpful. I think that the drop off area should be more closer to the office.

Everyone in the office was extremely professional and friendly. The car was waiting for us right in front of the office, super clean and ready to go. The staff was very helpful and always available via WhatsApp for any questions. Highly recommend!

Mate was amazing. He made the experience so easy. He went the extra mile to explain everything, help us get parking for the night, and overall make everything go smoothly. Thrifty was the only place we could get an automatic car last minute. We got a fair price and would highly recommend this place.

Terrible experience. After telling us we had to pay a whole extra day to keep the car until 2pm instead of 10am, they gave us a damaged car, full of scratches dents and interior damage as well. Not only that, the car was FILTHY and had NO GAS. The salesperson told us this was because they were trying to sell the car, so they didn’t want to gas it up??? This was bad enough, but then when we were checking the website in Zagreb, where we were to return the car, it said that they closed at 12:00 as it was a Sunday. We were never told this in Split. I called the Zagreb office, and was told if we returned the car after 12pm, we would have to leave it in a parking lot adjacent and that WE would be responsible for the parking costs overnight!!! We had to change our travel plans to avoid these extra fees, and ended up paying an entire extra day rental to have the car an extra 90 minutes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
