Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Split

Good service. Nice car. And when our scheduling needs changes they adjusted for us. Good experience.

I reserved ahead by calling Enterprise because the app didn't show this location. After that was done and I went to pick up my car, it was such a smooth-sailing process. The team member was polite and made sure I had all the information I needed for the rental. I traveled from the US and am planning a re-visit soon. Will most definitely come back here, but may get a smaller vehicle than a compact. The roads are a bit smaller than ours!

Smooth experience from picking up to dropping off, we communicated with split and dubrovnik airport enterprise staff both locations were very helpful throughout the rental period.

The pick up in Zagreb and drive were very good. We had a very new Volvo XC90. The return was very difficult...too many details failed...First, returning the car in Split Croatia we couldn't get past the gate arm to park the car in "enterprise parking". Then when we tried to call them with the number they gave us in Zagreb the message said the call could not be completed as dialed. So we backed out of the gate entry, parked the car and attempted to find the office which took a while but we stumbled on it eventually! The staff member had to let us through the gate manually. Of course we had to return to the car and then drive through the gate while he had it opened. This can't be the first time this happened! There needs to be some streamlining here! A good phone number is huge then an explanation of what to expect upon return...

Easy and fast pick-up and drop off. He showed me two cars and took time to go through damages made earlier that he had pictures of. He made en effort to try to get me slightly bigger car. They have a good deals. Two things that I didn’t like was him being 30 min late to the scheduled pick-up time and a tank that wasn’t full (6 out of 8 dashes).
