Go Easy Rent

We rented two smaller great rib boats for two days. Very nice owners, helpful with advice where to go, we even saw the delfins at the recommended spot. Boats were clean. Owner speaks german also, what was very helpful for our friend (second driver) who doesn't speak english at all. We will come again for sure!

Honest and flexible. We rented a car for a day on a Sunday with no problems, the owner even showed me the scratches, the car was very clean (VW Up) and we agreed when I would bring back the car. Nice and polite lady who is working hard. They do not try to take advantage of you like the taxis. I will use them again when I come back to Zadar

We hired 5 scooters for 24 hours from Go Easy Rent. We had no issues at all picking them up, very affordable, very friendly and flexible. They aren't scammers or con artists like other comments say. I'd recommend them to anyone and would happily use them again. Thank you!

If you value service free from prejudice, insult, and degrading treatment, then Go Easy Rent is NOT the service for you. At first, when I called the receptionist was very kind and responsive. She directed me to leave a WhatsApp message with my booking details. Yet, once I had done so, they never responded again. My husband then tried to call and message them, on my behalf, but after a day of being given the run around, his calls also went unanswered. We wondered why they would even say that they were able to rent to us, and then ghost us once I sent them a WhatsApp message? Often in my experience as a Black woman, the color of my skin has incurred bountiful prejudice from strangers, and clearly, there is a photo of me in my WhatsApp picture. After 4 days of being ghosted, I followed up to the company saying that I will be leaving a google review, to which they immediately responded (figures). I have tried to attach screenshots of the conversation to this review, but as it is against protocol, here are the copy and pastes: Me: Be sure that we will each be leaving google reviews of this experience, with only speculations as to why we were ignored and denied service. Probably racial reasons, not great for expanding tourism internationally to the States. GoEasy: Write whatever you want i know the truth. But in this case when i See how you Are rude, selfish and spoiled without reason its probably good that we didn’t cooperate. Problem with racial reason we don’t have, we have big family living across the world. I don’t know even who you are, i just see your phone number and name, and nothing else doesn’t matter to rent scooter if you have driving license and experience. So probably you have some problem with that and for each little problem you have, you blame people for that. That’s not nice. You can contact another rental company and consider our two times sent booking confirmation non valid. Kind regards Me: Can you even provide a screenshot of this alleged email you sent? I know for a fact, you will not be able to provide one, and why would you start ignoring our calls for 2 days? The burden of proof is on you. I have not called you any names once, and have only shared speculations as to why I have been denied service, look at your verbal attack on my character END - no further response. What started out as a cute birthday trip for my husband, has quickly devolved into battery and abuse at the hands of Go Easy Rent. Being on a budget, I was excited to see reasonable prices, and this behavior is the incumbent of injustice.

We rented a boat from Go Easy Rent in Zadar. At first, everything seemed fine – polite staff, quick communication. However, when returning the boat, they refused to refund our large deposit due to alleged damage we didn’t cause. They provided no concrete proof of when or how the damage occurred, and it all seemed like a premeditated way to keep the money. We feel deceived and taken advantage of. After searching online, we found that we are not the only ones with such an experience with these scammers! I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs!
