I rented a car here because mine was on service repairs, and they did not disappoint. Ema was very nice and ready to help and explain everything I didn't understand, regarding the deposit and payment. It was my mistake to not read the terms regarding debit cards, but she was professional and gave me an option to amend that. When returning the car, the drop-off was quick and efficient. Lorena was professional, and quite pleasant to talk with. I would recommend this rentacar, its definitely worth your money!

So refreshingly seamless and a great car rental experience! We rented a compact car (Renault Clio or equivalent) and luckily got a relatively new VW Polo. It was very clean when we received it, and Pavla Jukic was so helpful, nice and professional. She advised us on speed traps, ensuring we stayed safe, how to take photos/videos of the car condition, and was also present to take the car back (and even waived the car cleaning fee!) The deposit was fully refunded in full within a few hours of returning the car, and we felt everything was clear, straightforward, honest. We wholeheartedly recommend this agency! We could also see from the queue when we left that this agency is tip top.

Great car without any trouble whatsoever. Smooth and hassle free service. We were also permitted to drive the car in Bosnia, Montenegro and Albania with a little fee. We absolutely recommend them.
