Great experience. Clutch cable ripped on the finish line of the Tour des Grand Alps and was fixed within 3 hours. Ready for the ride back to switzerland.

i had an accident right in front of the shop. The owner came without hesitation to help me while others didn’t do a thing. I came back later to ask for his help with my moto, and he helped me, asking for nothing in exchange, and not wanting to get paid. I’ll always thank him for what he did.

To the answer: I understand that it is hard for you in summer. But it is for every motorcycle shop and in the time talking to me and blaming my exhaust, the problem would have been solved... not mentioning any costs i would have paid (by the way: in Monaco they didn't charge anything for deleting the code and they did it in their lunch break... that is customer service and for that they did get a tip from me). Oh and my bike/exhaust is still running perfectly ;) Original: I wanted to delete a fault code on my motorcycle, which does not take much time (maybe 10 min). But they did not want to help me, said I should try in Monaco or Nice. In the time he talked to me, the work would have been done... Yes they were busy, but that work is really no big deal. It worked perfectly in Monaco... But instead he blamed my exhaust (that it causes only problems), which runs perfectly on my bike since 40 000 km...
