Yamaha Rent - Location Motos & Scooters - Nice

I am looking to rent a scooter for my visit to Nice and the communication with this shop is perfect, they have no problem with written and spoken English, they responded to my questions promptly and I was able to make the reservation easily via the website. They also offer additional insurance, which covers 100% of the excess in case of damage or theft. I look forward to working with them!

I went to rent a motorcycle, and an excellent person helped me; everything was perfect. All my questions were answered easily. I highly recommend this agency. Ask to speak with an Arturo... he's an exceptional person.

We rented an X-max (on the name of my husband) from them as we would like to test it in order to change ours, but we had such a disappointing experience here with the staff and customer support, that we will probably chose the Honda because of this. The lady who was supposed to help us, wasn't able to even fake a smile all the time we were there, 0 kindness or anything customer care related. A piece of advice: if this job doesn't suit you, look for your happiness in another, just don't disgust paying customers with your attitude! And when a customer asks for back support or top case for the passenger's confort (because at the moment of reserving it o line there is only the option of gloves and helmet, NOTHING ELSE!) your job is to provide one, not to justify the laziness or lack of interest with the fact that it takes too long to install. Also, the product has to at least be dust free before being handed over (AND WE RENTED IT BEFORE THE SAND RAIN!! at 9 am on Saturday). I had to ask that they wipe it clean while standing there. Total lack of professionalism, just go elsewhere! In case monsieur le directeur will come up with some other lame excuses, instead of assuming their lack of interest in real and potential customers, I added some clarifications.
