Great service from the girls in thr rental car

The car was dirty outside. also, a flat tyre light was on the dashboard. and finally, no windshield water. the check-in process was awful, I booked the seat Ibiza 4-door car but was given a Fiat 500 2-door for the same price. the vehicle was not there, and I waited for more than 1 hour for the car delivered. I told the agent multiple times that I needed 3 things - kids' car seat, full insurance and border crossing. but she still did not add the border crossing fees. so I spent my time going to another budget office to add this.

Mercedes-Benz CLA rental Ref. 734000048, they gave me the car as full (but the 1 gauge disappeared after a few kilometers). I returned it with a full tank just after I left (I'm attaching a photo of it being full at the gas station opposite the airport) and they told me it wasn't! (But not immediately... when I could have complained, when I left! So I paid twice for the same gas) TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER AGAIN.

I rented a Mercedes-Benz CLA (Ref. 734000048), but when I picked it up, it was advertised as full, when in fact it was slightly short of fuel. I noticed this discrepancy when I went to fill up the tank and spent €26 for only 87 km. This led me to calculate a consumption of 16 liters per 100 km, much higher than the average of 7-9 liters stated by the manufacturer. Although I noticed the discrepancy, there was no one at the counter when I returned the car, so I proceeded without further comment. However, I ended up having an unpleasant surprise: I was charged €76 for the missed refueling (so not only did they provide me with a car with an under-filled tank, but they also accidentally charged me €26 for fuel and €50 for the refueling service). It's important to note that I had a receipt for the full tank filled just four minutes before the drop-off, at a gas station located just 4 km away. Despite providing tangible evidence, including receipts and distance calculations via Google Maps, along with photographs documenting the arrival time, the rental company decided to refund me only half of the disputed amount, equal to €76. (ADDITION: In their reply, they asked for a reference that I had already included in the comment; if they wanted to correct a mistake, they would have already done so. These are pre-written responses, but there's no one behind them who does anything.)
