Seamless car hire, great peace of mind and no issues whatsoever with this car hire company from Baden-Baden airport for the few days we were in Germany. The staff member who checked us in was so lovely, super helpful and even spotted us on our return and was super nice to us and our 14yo daughter. Great customer service. Woukd recommend!

Even though our departing flight was delayed due to snow, the agent waited for us for an hour and everything went well. For every incident, I sent an e-mail notification about the delay before departure, and with the reservation I also paid for the service in case I am late, which is a good option 👍

The lady at the office took pictures and said that we scratched the car's rims, but that's how we got the car. It didn't matter because we had Casco, but it's annoying that they do things like that and it's not the first time we've had this happen!
