SIXT Autovermietung Baden-Baden

Everyone was very polite and efficient. They honored my car request. The problem was with Sixt description of the drop off venue. It was not in the main station at Nuremberg, but down the street. Luckily we saw it as we were driving by.

SIXT has been a very good experience. Friendly staff, easy check in ahead of time, easy pickup and return, and great, unexpected upgrade.

I had a relatively smooth rental experience. Unfortunately, the vehicle was not ready when I arrived on time to pick it up in Baden Baden, resulting in an approximately 40-minute wait for the pickup. I also did not receive the model of vehicle I had reserved. I had to make one call to SIXT support during the rental period, which was handled exceptionally well. The return was easy, and my final invoice matched my expectations for the rental cost.

Worst Experience ever with a rental car and will be our last booking with Sixt, even though we had a reservation, me and over 20 families are waiting for a car because there are no cars available… Big shame, I just lost a meeting with a customer because of this. This is terrible management and a disgrace! We are already waiting for hours (plenty of people with the same problem…)
