The owner, Carsten Petter, took his time to explain all I needed to know -- from pros and cons of different models, to options for e-Scooter locks, to required insurance, to the benefits of buying European brand e-Scooters (availability of parts). Better still, Mr. Petter provided knowledgeable, honest advice and he clearly enjoys his job and connecting with customers. The fact that e-Scooteria also does repairs is a huge plus for anyone considering an e-Scooter purchase. Excellent shopping experience! Carsten and E-Scooteria offer services that you cannot get from online retailers or chain stores. When you need advice on which models fit your needs, Carsten is happy to help. When you want to test the scooters to see which one feels right. Carsten lets you test drive as many as you like. When you need answers to technical questions you can’t find results for online. Carsten knows the answers! These are just some examples of the services you can expect when you are purchasing the scooter from Carsten. Thankfully when you own the scooter Carsten is more than happy to help in case you need how-to tips, maintenance, replacement parts, upgrades, warranty claims etc. Would you expect online retailers or chain stores to provide this level of customer care? In my experience they do not. Therefore, the value in shopping from a trusted, locally owned store is most often unrealised or highly overlooked. Before you buy you should definitely not miss the opportunity to visit the store. Carsten could save you from a bad purchase and a negative ownership experience. Would highly recommend. Hello e-scooter enthusiasts! Scooteria Freiburg is one of the best e-scooter retailers in our region. Mr. Petter is a highly competent and knowledgeable advisor who has an answer to every question related to his field, and any problems are resolved as quickly as possible. Mr. Petter is very friendly and helpful and remains calm even when the store is busy. You'll be spontaneously invited for a test ride, and any questions will be answered promptly via email. You hardly find a store like this these days. So don't worry, even if it's a bit of a drive, you'll be pleasantly surprised!

I recently had my Vmax Pro 2 repaired there and I'm really impressed. The staff – as well as the manager – are extremely courteous and know their craft inside and out. Everything was done cleanly, quickly, and professionally. Definitely a clear recommendation from me.
