Very friendly and english-speaking staff, good prices, and thecar was exactly as advertised. No sales-upgrade or insurance pressure and the car worked great for our trip. Returned in Munich with no problems on that end either. Would rent from again!

Friendly staff and uncomplicated car hire. Would recommend to pick up the car EARLY though as I nearly didn't get a car despite having a booking. In peak season (Christmas etc) it can occur that they run out of cars fast (even if u have a valid booking!).

Class of car not available on day I had booked. Tried to give a lower class despite having already paid. Vehicle given had not been cleaned and was generally in poor cosmetic condition with over 85,000km. More money taken the day after return despite being told I would receive a partial refund. Overall poor experience.

WORST CAR RENTAL COMPANY EVER! GO FOR ANYONE ELSE, HERTZ 1) They will never give you the car you booked. 2) They will give you attractive rates while booking, later when you go for pickup, they won't have the car you booked, hence you'll be forced to pick a degrade or upgrade, either ways the rates will change and you will now have to pay the prevailing rates. 3) The cars are sometimes not cleaned. 4) If they ask you to pick the car you booked from some other station, BEWARE! 'Coz no other station will provide you with the car and will just waste your time and give lame excuses, even if the car is parked in their garage. 5) The Europcar stations don't have coordination to one bit, and we the customers will have to suffer. I will definitely give other providers a chance. All of this happened to us in my trip to Germany in Oct 2017.
