My 2017 S1000XR died in Freiburg on a Friday night, I managed to get the bike to MOTORRADZENTRUM on Saturday just before they closed at lunchtime. They promised to look at it first thing Monday morning. I went back at at 9am on Monday and the results were in - the stator had fried itself, which let's just say is not a cheap part from BMW (at 155,000 Km on the clock). A new stator would be with them at 1pm same day and they said they would have it done by 5pm. And it was all done, even though I'm sure the workshop would have been fully booked up. So I was able to continue with the tour. Excellent service from Marco and his team.

I was traveling in Germany and I had a small issue with my BMW. I stopped in and the team in the shop helped me immediately. The mechanic even noticed that my chain was too loose so he tightened the chain and lubed it for me before I left. Many thanks!!!

Rode in unannounced with a bald and quickly disintegrating rear tire. They hooked me up with the right tire, a Metzelder Roadtec 01, and topped up the oil. Took me in right away as I could not finish off my trip home the next day without a new tire. What a great bunch of people. Paid 229 EUR out the door. Not a bad deal at all and worth it for me.

Very helpful. I called and they very clearly communicated about a part not in stock that had to be ordered, and they very kindly directed me to a more specific dealership that could help me more quickly. Top service!

Very helpful in our hour of need. They diagnosed and quickly fixed a friend's BMW S1000XR (new stator required) while we were touring and staying at Freiburg, during a busy summer weekend. Supplied and fitted the new stator the next working day. 👍
