I bought my scooter from Scooter Star and I've been absolutely thrilled ever since. The advice I received on my very first visit was excellent – ​​super friendly, honest, and completely competent. The owner really took his time and sold me a suitable scooter at a truly fair price. But what impressed me even more is the after-sales service. No matter what problem I've had so far – a broken side mirror, battery issues, or most recently, a broken cable right at the charging cable – they've always helped quickly, professionally, and without any fuss. The broken cable, in particular, was fixed promptly, neatly repaired, and all without any hassle. I was also especially impressed with their handling of my battery: I had unfortunately let it run completely flat, so the power adapter no longer recognized it. Using a simple contact, they managed to revive the battery – meaning I didn't have to buy a new one. That was anything but a given and saved me a considerable amount of money. You can tell: This is someone who knows their stuff. No empty promises, just a proactive type who tackles problems head-on and solves them. Honest, transparent, and absolutely fair in their pricing. The price-performance ratio is 100% spot on. You can even drop by spontaneously if you have questions or a problem – they always try to help. I should have given myself a bad review for only writing this one now. For me, it's clear: I'll definitely be a customer. Highly recommended!

I had my scooter repaired there; the team was very friendly, they took my scooter in between other repairs, and I was able to pick it up again within two days. The price was fair and the whole process was totally hassle-free. I'll definitely go there again if I have another problem.

Beware, this place is a rip-off! I took my scooter in for a service and also wanted to have the front brake repaired because it kept locking up. The owner of Scooterstar tried to convince me the scooter was a total loss and that repairs would cost no less than €600. He offered to take it off my hands for just under €50 to scrap it. I took the scooter back (after they'd charged me almost €311 for the "service") and had a friend who used to own a garage take a look. He figured out in no time that the brake fluid was simply old and clogged. He replaced everything (with genuine manufacturer parts!) for €100, and only because I insisted on paying him the standard hourly rate. Conclusion: I'll never go to this place again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
