Very convenient and friendly car rental service. After a bad experience with "rent car enterprise," I decided to try Sixt and was surprised by the difference in approach. Firstly, registration on the site is very convenient. You can book all the nuances, including car seats, choose insurance packages, etc. The manager just gave me the keys, and when I returned the car, he asked if I filled the car, and that's it. After I returned the car, I remembered that I had forgotten the keys to the lock on the bike and the manager gave me the car so that I could pick it up and return it, although the time had already passed. Thanks for the service, now only in Sixt.

Brilliant service and very clearly laid out rental agreement. Excellent vehicles with winter tyres to cope with any adverse weather. We loved the Seat Leon FR we had and would definitely recommend SIXT!

Worst experience ever, never booking with sixt again. The car was good with many options, I loved it and enjoyed driving it. the problem was after the renting. I returned the car on the December 24th at around 5h30 pm, there was a guy at the office who told me to put the keys in the box The next day I received an email saying that the car was not returned yet. So I decided to call the customer service, the guy that answered my call told me that he will check with the branch. After this call I received an email saying that I returned the car on the 25th at 11h25 am (which is completely wrong because the car was parked there since the 24th evening) After this call I decided to call the customer service another time, I got an answer from a woman saying that this email is not official and that I have to wait for the official email (I could see on the phone that she's not so competent) today (the 27th of December) I received the invoice charging me additional money for a late return) I chatted with the customer service twice and got 2 different answers (the first one saying that the invoice is not sent yet and the other one saying that the invoice was sent and she will try to do her best to solve the situation but the discussion was interrupted for some reason) I decided to call the customer service again and here I got a different answer telling me that the additional day was not because of a late return but counting the days of renting will make it as this ( while the invoice clearly says late return) I could see how incompetent and ineffective the customer service is, having 3 different answers from 3 different people. Anyway I will probably sue the company for this, for lying to me and stealing my money And I will add to this that there was no water in the car to clean the windshield

I have always chosen SIXT as my first choice when renting cars abroad, but this experience was very disappointing and will make me think twice in the future. At pick-up , I pointed out a scratch. The staff told me not to worry since I had purchased full insurance with 0 EUR excess, and no record was needed. At return in Freiburg (Güterbahnhof), the staff carefully checked the car, confirmed no issues, and had me sign on his device. To my surprise, 14 days later I received a damage claim accusing me of causing scratches. This is unacceptable, especially since I have photos showing the damage already existed at pick-up, and that the mirror was fine at return. To make things worse, during the rental the engine warning light came on, and I had to return to a SIXT branch for a check. Very disappointing experience from a company I once trusted.
