Bike Rental Train Station Füssen

We rented the Electric Trekking bikes to get around Füssen and the surrounding area. The bikes were high quality and batteries lasted a long time. (We used for maybe 2-4 hours each day and had plenty charge to go) The paths and city is very bike friendly and we primarily would take them to hikes or attractions. We’re casual commute cyclists and would def recommend the E-bikes for the added speed and comfort. Declan made the process easy and eased our nerves with their customer support- he even video chatted us when (my fault) the bike chain came off from a bad gear switch. Top service and top quality bikes, helmet and phone holders.

Lovely, handsome, Dublin man working there was so helpful and kind. The electric bikes we rented really improved our stay here, as the whole surrounding area is very bike accessible! Would highly recommend :)

Must do on your trip to Fussen. Declan was extremely helpful and the bike route he recommended was simply stunning. The route around the lake and up to Neuschwanstein simply has to be on anyone's agenda, the e bikes were perfect and negotiated any hills with ease. I have been to Neuschwanstein on a previous trip and took the bus, please take my advise and get the e bike it is one of my highlights of a 3 month trip to Europe. Great service, both guys in the store were very friendly and helpful, the bikes are in good shape and it was a very good thing because it made it possible to move in the area.

Rented two bikes for two days (roughly €90). The website makes it appear as though it’s a dedicated bike rental shop, it’s in fact a convenience / gift shop that happens to rent bikes. We were given two bikes with the same frame size, despite my wife being 10cm shorter than I am. The fix to adjust for height was haphazard rearrangement of a seat post. This was especially bizarre bc the website questionnaire had us fill out height and weight. The bikes themselves were fine. Typical of the under-maintained bikes I’ve rented in other European cities. What disappointed me was that tires were severely underinflated, and 3 of my seven gears were skipping (requires a derailleur realignment or replacement of a gear cable). Enough of a pain to notice, not enough to return them earlier. Bike return was hurried and disorganized. Same guy who rented me the same bikes 24 hours prior had no memory of the transaction. I hope another business aimed at renting well maintained bikes to tourists springs up in Füssen to compete with these guys. I’d suggest renting for no more than a day, and check the weather forecast before committing.
