On Monday morning at 8:15 a.m., I went to Motorrad Ebert with a colleague. We had a broken scooter loaded onto a truck and wanted to leave it for repairs. A workshop employee told me their scheduling software was down and therefore no appointments were being offered. When I asked if we could at least unload the scooter until an appointment became available later, as it wasn't urgent, we were asked to take the scooter back with us. I find it simply unfortunate that we made the trip for nothing and couldn't even leave the scooter there so it could be repaired. That was my last visit to Motorrad Ebert.
