Hello, I'm thinking of renting a car from your agency for my vacation in Germany. I'm from Argentina, and my driver's license is in both Spanish and English. I've rented cars in Switzerland, France, and Italy and never had any problems carrying just my passport and license. My question is, is it mandatory to bring a German translation and process an international driver's license? I'm looking forward to your response before making my decision. Thank you very much.

I have positive experience both with picking up and returning the car. Card from N26 didn't work for the payment, but ING was succesfull. We were renting a card for the first time, so we took some time for checking it out and also ask the personnel to guide us again through the paperwork, which they did very friendly. When we returned the car it was super easy. For the payment there was an issue later, as I return car a bit to early, and in our case if one rent a car for 13 days it is 150 euros more expensove than 14 days, as cheaper daily rate applies. I wrote an email and the bill was updated. They also help we to connect my email and driver id. I would recommend the company and will use it myself if needed in future.

I’ve been using the Europcar’s service regularly and always have been satisfied. Вut this time, at Würzburg, its quality even exceeded expectations! Not a single minute of waiting, everything was clear and detailed. The employee named Adem Efe was especially great: he paid a lot of attention, was friendly and helpful.

Car was nice, they gave us an upgrade to an electrical vehicle. But I will never understand why it should take more then 20 minutes to pickup the car. -We provided all details they where asking for when booking the car, it still took more then 10 minutes to take our details on site. -the obligatory: I don't want to sell you anything extra, but you should perhaps consider our extra insurance? (-we already had that under control...) -then finally a lengthy visual inspection of the car with one of the attendants before we could drive away... -renting a car should be quick and easy....

The employee was quite cheeky with me and hung up on me while I was asking for advice. On 20. Sept. I reserved a van "on request" by calling the head office. The head office said I had to contact the department in Würzburg directly and ask if the van was available that day and gave me the department's phone number. I called and the employee was very cheeky and said there are no vans that day and the reservation must be canceled. He canceled it immediately. As I was a loyal Europcar customer, I wanted to get some advice from him and asked what I could do at this point. He replied very unprofessionally: "I don't know, ask other companies" and hung up immediately. I was shocked how a service employee can be so cheeky and unprofessional!! So I would think twice before renting from Europcar in the future!!!
