The easiest car rental place to get to from a cruise ship. Literally just walk across the parking lot, and you are there. We scheduled for 10:00 and because of some issues we could not get off the ship until 11:00. Understandably, the office was closed as we didn't show up within a reasonable amount of time. I called the number posted on the door, and someone was sent from the main office to pick us up immediately and bring us to the main office to get a car. The main office is only like two miles away and everyone was so pleasant even though it was really on us that we didn't show on time or contact anyone to let them know we would be so late. The process, once we got to the office, was very quick and easy. The staff member who handled the paperwork was wonderful in that she explained the area well, informed us we could drop the car at the port and put the key in the mailbox slot, and even took the time to walk us out to the car. Great location, and I would highly recommend them for people off a cruise ship for the day.

I reserved two cars for two days and worried that I would have trouble finding a place to park them overnight while we slept on the cruise ship. I was thrilled to find that they provide dockside overnight parking for no extra charge! 5 stars right there. Then we had a boo boo with one of the cars, totally our fault. They handled it easily and professionally and we didn't even miss reboarding our ship. We got the mid-level insurance and the deductible was completely reasonable. I recommend getting there early if you're coming from a ship because the line will 20-40 min long. Send the driver down as early as possible while the rest of the family eats breakfast on board.

We had reservations for 1pm and got off the ship late, we had no issues getting the car. It's a small place, I otherwise I would recommend a separate line for reservations and walk-ins. It's best to get there early to avoid the line even with a reserved car. We rented a car seat and gps. The GPS wasn't really needed as T-Mobile cellular works great here but for $7, why not have the extra security. All in all, we would rent from them again. The staff at the desk is great and work through the crowds pretty well. Very pleasant.

Great place to rent a car for one day. We completed the diamond circle in 7h30 with a dozen beautifull stops. Puffins included on the east coast of tjornes.

We arrived via cruise ship. There was a group of people waiting and nobody knew what time they officially opened, the number on to call on the door is the emergency line and they said 10am. At 7:55 they came to open for 8am. Very fast, friendly and very informative. We returned a little after 3pm and there was a key drop to leave the keys.
