Excellent experience renting a van for a house move. We rented a medium van (Volkswagen Transporter). The van was in excellent condition and the price was very reasonable. It perfectly met our needs. The service was excellent during the entire rental process — from reception to instructions, insurance guidance, and return. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend Enterprise in Galway.

Had a really excellent experience here. I wish I could remember who helped me, but I had originally reserved the car overnight despite only needing it for the day because I wouldn’t be finished by the time they closed. They let me know I could return it after hours and drop the key at the Circle K down the street, which was great as it would save me from paying for overnight parking. I arrived about 35 minutes after closing, and the gentleman that was inside shutting the store down came out and took care of things for me. Felt above and beyond and saved me the trip to Circle K, thanks!

We made a reservation about a week in advance. When we showed up, we were told there was no car for us. We would have had to wait until at least the next day with no guarantee. No clear attempt was made to contact us in advance; no phone calls, no emails. Like somebody once said, they know how to *take* a reservation, but don't actually know how to *hold* one. The staff did not offer any help in booking a car with a different service, nor did they offer any restitutions. It was 4pm and other rental services were about to close, which made finding an alternative very stressful. Very disappointed.
