We rented a car for 5 days to tour the Dolomites. Everything was perfect, excellent service, and Mr. Yuri was very kind and available to pick us up at the station and drop us off on the day of departure despite our tight schedule. My boyfriend and I recently rented a Tipo Station Wagon for 24 hours from Ala Rent. We had a great time and drove through lakes, valleys, towns, and cities. Yuri was very kind to us and flexible with the schedule, given the traffic delays in the city on the afternoon we were supposed to return the car. He was also always available on WhatsApp whenever we needed to communicate anything. Fair prices and maximum availability. Highly recommended, definitely more so than other rental locations in the city center. You only need to walk a few minutes from the Bolzano train station to find this very efficient service.
