Clutch cable of my BMW F900XR snapped on the crosspoint of the Timmelsjoch. My bike was transported to BMW Motorrad Bolzano, where they helped in the best way they could. New cable was ordered immediately which arrived the next day. I rented a S1000XR for a day to not lose a full day of Italian roads and mountains. It was no problem to leave my bags and luggage in the locker room of the shop while I was out. Great service with friendly staff! Thanks a lot.

I am from Germany and drove down to South Tyrol to hit some mountain passes in an M2. Unfortunately my cars check engine light came on near Bolzano and I therefore decided to drive up to this BMW Dealership. I didn’t make any appointment before driving there but they were still able to fix the problem within a day. They were super friendly and helpful even though I am obviously not a regular customer there. Great experience.
