Car rental was easy with BZ Rent. The location was close to the Bolzano central train station. We coordinated our rental over email and even connected with their agency about our potential late arrival into town. Very easy to work with them.

Very smooth process, no hassles, would highly recommend. Alessio was working the desk when we arrived, he put us at ease right away, and his English was very good. Our rental car was a sparkling clean VW, almost new, a diesel automatic. When we returned the car a woman was working the desk (did not get her name), and she was very helpful as well. We truly felt like a customer here, working with a legitimate business that was not trying to rip us off. Stop looking at the other companies, and just rent a car from these guys, you will not regret it.

We needed a van for 7 people for our trip to the Dolomite’s but had a hard time finding a van. We finally booked 2 smaller cars from BZ rent but when we got there they had a van and let us switch our reservation and even told us it was cheaper! Great guy, very responsive and the car was very clean and reliable. We came a holiday weekend and let us return on the holiday.
