A complete mess. The office was closed on arrival, the car was hidden in a garage 300 m away, and it was dirty with a damaged key and only 5/8 fuel. No explanation was given. Returned fully fuelled and still refused any reimbursement. Poor service all round.

My partner booked a car and they didn’t give it, after several calls and different mails they didn’t want to refund us. I have never seen this anywhere, if there is a problem they refunded us!! They are stealers! I am a lawyer and although the terms and conditions are against law and they have to refund me. Law is upom terms and conditions. I will proceed legally!

A complete disaster. The shop wasn’t even open when I arrived — I had to call staff to get someone to turn up. Then you’re sent on a game of hide and seek to collect the car from a parking garage 300 metres away. The car itself was dirty and came with a broken key, and the fuel tank was only 5/8 full. No one informed me about the fuel level or explained the refuelling conditions. I returned the car to Drivalia at Verona Airport with a full tank (8/8), only to be told they wouldn’t reimburse the unused fuel — unlike other car rental companies. Completely unacceptable.

I book another car but when i come to pickup they dont have the car and give me another car that is still dirty and haven’t been cleaned. The worst part is they charged me for damaged for more than 250euro although there were no damage at all with no pictures or explanation and we even pay for premium insurance which does coverage full damage. We try to contact them but unreachable. Avoid at all cost or u will get scammed.

Terrible experience, avoid Drivalia. Awful service as most other people have said. I booked a car for 2 days for a 6pm Saturday pickup, but when I arrived the office was closed (and closed all Sunday) despite them accepting the booking. Emergency number was useless. It took 40 mins to speak to someone who said the boss was on his way home and I had no chance of getting a car until Monday. On Monday they tried to charge me again as a “no-show”, then double-charged me and took a €500 deposit. Two weeks later I’m still waiting for a refund. Rude, aggressive staff and zero accountability. They later claimed they’d called me — they hadn’t, it was a lie. Their whole approach reeked of dishonesty.
