Me and my boyfriend rented a scooter for 2 days. Fantastisk service and the scooter worked great for our small trips around to different towns.

Extremely negative experience. After four years of a fully respected contract without ever missing a payment, when I returned the vehicle, they completely disappeared: no communication regarding the return, no outcome of the return appraisal, no response to numerous emails or phone calls, not even from their legal team. To date, they owe me over €8,000, including the unreturned deposit and reimbursement for unused mileage. The case has been reported to the Consumers' Association, and I have initiated legal proceedings through a lawyer. Such behavior borders on fraud. I hope the relevant authorities intervene as soon as possible.

Highly not recommended. Six months after closing the contract, I received a €1,000 bill for scratches on the rims, as if they'd replaced all four. And I'm still waiting for the refund of my security deposit. It's better to spend a few dozen euros more per month and rely on a reputable company. I've never had these problems with Leasys in my four previous rentals.

I returned the rental Stelvio 9 months ago: I'm still waiting for the refund of the credit for the reduced mileage and the security deposit. The management team is unavailable through Customer Service and doesn't respond to emails! Terrible reputation! I advise against renting from this company.

Among the most expensive, and furthermore, they charged a ridiculous amount for early return, and for a slight scratch (see photo) on a rim after 6 months, they charged a €200 bill. Never again will you deal with these incompetent thieves.
