Josè is a really nice guy who made the whole experience easy and uncomplicated and its just a quick visit to his place in central Lisbon to get started. The bike was in a super clean, technically top condition and the helmets were brand new. No hidden costs, 100% upfront and competent. If you have a full motorcycle licence don't hesitate to get the 350cc motor roller and act like a native Lisboa, whizzing through the traffic, using the bus lanes and the special free parking places just for bikes. A damm sight easier than walking up all those tiring hills (or waiting for public transport that may or may not come). You can easily get out into the surrounding countryside, visit the Jesus statue on the other side of the river or take a day trip out to Cascais or Sintra and even up to Cape Roca, the most western point in continental Europe. Best of all you have several hundred KM free and a full tank only costs around 16€. Don't think about it, do it, no regrets.

Absolutely recommended. Brilliant service and communications. Helpful and fair pricing. Would use again. Rented a CB500x from Lisbon to ride to Nazare. Planned to use it to explore the area. Storm Kirstin had other ideas. Great way to see Portugal.

Excellent service and offerings. We rented the e-bike for a day, got guided on which routes to take and José provided excellent service as one of the batteries went flat a little earlier than expected and he came and changed it 30 minutes outside the city. Thanks for a great experience!

Disappointed from reviews. Got a quarter day road bike rental. Expensive price with up charges over 40 euro for a bike w/ helmet. Bike ran well, uncomfortable seat, trouble with gear shifters, older model, old grip tape. Not too helpful customer service.
