Hertz Ride Motorcycle Rentals & Tours Porto

I have to give five stars. The service was excellent, Miguel was super helpful from the communication while booking and choosing options to the collection and drop off. Everything was really easy. The bikes were excellent too, three days riding round the hills near Porto. Miguel even recommended some great roads to ride. Will definitely use Hertz Ride again.

From the start, first reaching out 3mo prior to 2wk Portugal moto trip, Miguel was timely & responsive to my probing email inquiries including changes to firm up mid-May 7day motorcycle trip. Upon arrival at Hertz Porto facility, Miguel was enthusiastically welcoming, warm, and instructive/precise to help get us(2) rolling, on the road. 3rd day of 7 I stupidly tipped bike over amwhikevparked, snapped front brake lever, bent back brake foot lever. I called Miguel, he offered a few solutions; I decided upon local garage repair. He called the next day, expressed genuine concern about my safety & bike serviceability. I highly recommended Hertz Ride, Porto, in particular due to Miguel’s exceptional expertise, enthusiasm & service.

I was happy with the service from the start until the end. The warehouse was also very well located with easy access to the airport by foot. The motorcycle was basically new, in excellent condition. I was also given a free upgrade to a superior motorcycle when the one I wanted was not available. 5 stars for the good and friendly service of Miguel Martins who was the agent throughout the rental.

We spontaneously wanted to rent a motorcycle for 5 days and it was not easy to do it online so we decided to go to Hertz in person, and the moment we met Miguel things couldn't have gone smoother. Very professional, respectful and generous in letting us drop the bike back on a Saturday despite the closed hours. As a true rider himself Miguel gave us good advice of which roads to take and places to visit. Highly recommend!

Miguel was a great guy to deal with, friendly and always responsive to questions. The bikes we hired were a little tired around the edges but pick up and drop offs were smooth and easy and we all had a great few days riding around Porto. Would definitely rent with Miguel again and would recommend to others. Cheers Miguel
